HOW IT ALL BEGAN
Owner, Tom Kelley, has been involved in the construction industry most of his life. He is the son of an experienced contractor and the youngest of five children. During his childhood years, Tom worked alongside his father in their hometown of Dayton, Ohio. He later graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. OUR COMPANY IS FORMEDIn 1979, Tom moved along with his parents, to Cape Coral, Florida. After visiting Cape Coral in previous years, they had grown to love the area along with the opportunity it provided in the construction industry.
As his dad settled more into retirement, it was only natural for Tom to move on with his own passion for building. He proceeded to earn his General Contractor’s license and then established his own construction company. Thomas W. Kelley Custom Builders, Inc. has been successfully serving the Southwest Florida community since 1981.
